PepBoys Gets Failing Grade

PepBoys Customer Service

I want to know what happened to customer service in this country? When did people stop taking pride in their work? Why do companies feel it's OK to lie to their customers in order to take advantage of them?

The recent experience of Jackie at My Sentiment ExactLee is the perfect example of why I feel the way I do about companies, workers and customer service. The run around, lies and incompetence she experienced at the hands of PepBoys is appalling. Not only do the employees fail to do their job correctly but management stands behind them all the while taking advantage of their customers.  To top it off their corporate office continues with the lies and denials. 

I've never been to a PepBoys and have heard horror stories from friends who have but Jackie's story is by far the worst I've ever heard. To get a first hand account of what happened please read Jackie's Story and share it with everybody you know.

There is light at the end of the tunnel, they are fixing the car. Social media at its best!
