Create HTML Forms Quickly with Adobe

One of the things I love about blogging, I don't have to get dressed up to work. Yeah, I can work in my PJ's, sweats or shorts and a tee. I don't even have to put on make-up since the only person I'll be seeing is Don and my puppies. But to be honest, even though the puppies don't seem to care I do think Don does appreciate it when I get out of the baggy tee's and put on a little make-up.

Don't get me wrong, I do want to have a professional appearance but with blogging it needs to be done in my correspondence and writing. Using a cute email address like imcute@genericemail.com doesn't quite scream "I'm a professional adult" and I won't be taken seriously. That's one reason my business address has my blog name in it.

I also need to be professional with my forms. I can't just throw something together in Word or Notepad that will loose it's formatting the minute someone attempts to fill it out. Adobe has a great online form creator that lets you create HTML forms that are both neat and user friendly.

Adobe web forms can be embedded into a website or you can post or email the link. Adobe collects the information and you can access it at any time.  Adobe has a plan to suit every need.  If you only plan on using an occasional form you can have 1 active form at any given time for free.  If you thin you'll use more than that there are plans for 5 forms at $14.99/month or unlimited forms for $199/year.  I think I've found my new best friend.

Below is a form I created using Adobe's Online Form Creator.

P.S. That is an active form so if you'd like to try it out by answering the questions it would help me to learn a little more about you, my readers.
